Complaints Procedure

I always strive to provide an outstanding service and stunning black and grey realism to every client. I have built a sterling reputation in Sheffield and endeavour to maintain this by treating every concern with the seriousness and urgency it deserves.

If you have a complaint about your tattoo or the service received at my studio, I want to hear from you directly so I can resolve the issue in a fair and professional manner.

How to Raise a Concern

The first step is to let me know about your complaint by phone, email, or in person. Please explain your concerns clearly and provide as much detail as possible to help me understand the situation.

2. Review & Resolution

I will review your complaint thoroughly and work with you to find a satisfactory resolution. I am committed to responding to any formal complaint within 3 business days.

3. Escalation Options

If you are not satisfied with the resolution offered, you have the right to escalate your complaint to an independent body:

  • Professional Bodies: You can contact the British Tattoo Artists Federation or the UK Health and Safety Executive.
  • Ombudsman Services: Independent organisations such as the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) can help investigate disputes and provide assistance.

4. Legal Action

If all other options are exhausted and a resolution has not been reached, you may consider legal action, which could involve the small claims court or hiring a lawyer.
