By booking an appointment with Liam Rebel or any artist at Rebel Studio (via this website, social media, or in person), you are entering into a binding contract and agree to the following terms.

1. Eligibility & ID (Strict 18+ Policy)

• 1.1 Age Limit: You must be 18 years of age or older to be tattooed. This is UK Law (Tattooing of Minors Act 1969). Parental consent is not accepted.

• 1.2 ID Requirement: You must bring valid photo ID (Passport or Driving Licence) to your appointment. If you arrive without ID and look under 25, we cannot tattoo you, and your deposit will be forfeited.

2. Booking, Deposits & Cancellations

• 2.1 Securing Appointments: No appointment is confirmed until the deposit has been paid.

• 2.2 Non-Refundable: All deposits are strictly non-refundable.

• 2.3 Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment one time without losing your deposit, provided you give at least 72 hours' notice.

• 2.4 Late Cancellations: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 72 hours' notice, your deposit is forfeited to cover the artist's lost drawing time and studio slot. A new deposit will be required to re-book.

3. Pricing, "Tap Outs" & Payment

• 3.1 Balance Due: The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the session.

• 3.2 "Fixed Price" Sessions (Themed Sleeves): Themed Sleeves and Full Day Sittings are priced based on the booking slot, not an hourly rate.

• 3.3 The "Tap Out" Policy: If you cannot complete the full session due to pain, fatigue, or personal reasons, the full price of the booked session is still payable on the day. Any future session to finish the work will be charged at the standard Hourly Rate.

• 3.4 Lateness: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, or take excessive breaks (more than 10 mins every 2 hours), this cuts into your tattoo time. If the tattoo is unfinished due to client delays, a paid follow-up session will be required.

4. Designs, Copyright & "Themed" Rules

• 4.1 Themed Sleeves: For "Themed Sleeve" packages, the artist retains creative control to ensure the design fits the "Single Sitting" timeframe. Requests for specific, personalized details (names, dates, specific layouts) are not included in Themed Sleeves and must be booked as "Multi-Sitting Custom Projects."

• 4.2 Copyright: The artist (Liam Rebel/Rebel Studio) retains full copyright and ownership of all custom designs and artwork. You may not reproduce the design (e.g., for clothing or logos) without written permission.

• 4.3 Design Changes: Small adjustments can be made on the day. However, a total change of concept (e.g., changing from a Skull to a Lion) on the day of the appointment will result in cancellation and loss of deposit.

5. Health, Safety & Numbing Cream

• 5.1 Medical Disclosure: You must disclose any medical conditions (e.g., diabetes, hemophilia, blood-borne viruses) or skin conditions prior to booking.

• 5.2 Numbing Cream: You must inform the artist if you intend to use numbing cream. Unauthorized or improper use of numbing cream can ruin the skin texture for realism. If the artist deems the skin unworkable due to cream, the session will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.

• 5.3 Sobriety: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

6. Aftercare & Guarantee

• 6.1 Responsibility: Once you leave the studio, the healing of the tattoo is your responsibility. Rebel Studio is not liable for infection or poor healing caused by neglect or poor environment.

• 6.2 Touch-Ups: One free touch-up is available within 3 months of the appointment, provided aftercare instructions were followed. Touch-ups required due to negligence (sun damage, picking, swimming) will be charged at the standard rate.

7. Liability & Media

• 7.1 Waiver: While we adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards, the client releases the artist and studio from all liability regarding the tattoo process and healing, except in cases of proven negligence.

• 7.2 Photography: We frequently photograph/film our work for social media. By booking, you consent to this. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform us at the start of your session.

8. Governing Law

• These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
