Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

• Client: The person receiving the tattoo services.

• Artist: The person providing the tattoo services.

• Studio: The physical location where the tattoo services are provided.

• Agreement: These terms and conditions, along with any additional agreements or arrangements made between the client and the artist or studio.

2. Eligibility

• Clients must be 18 years of age or older.

• The artist reserves the right to refuse service to any client.

3. Consultation and Design

• A consultation will be conducted to discuss the design and placement.

• The artist will provide a sketch or mock-up for client approval before tattooing.

• Significant design changes may incur additional fees.

• The artist has the right to refuse to tattoo any design deemed inappropriate or offensive.

4. Deposit

• A deposit is required for all appointments, which will be applied towards the total cost.

• Deposits are non-refundable unless the artist or studio cancels the appointment.

5. Payment

• The client will pay the agreed price before the service begins, minus the deposit amount.

• The artist or studio reserves the right to refuse service if the client fails to pay.

6. Cancellation

• Clients must give at least 72 hours' notice for cancellations.

• Deposits can be re-used if cancellation notice is given within 72 hours.

• Deposits are forfeited for cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice.

7. Additional Charges for Late Arrivals and Delays

• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may incur additional charges at the current hourly rate in 30-minute intervals.

• Delays caused by clients, including frequent breaks, will be charged at the current hourly rate in 30-minute intervals.

• If a client chooses to stop the session early or "taps out," additional costs will be applied to complete the tattoo in a subsequent session.

8. Tap Out Policy

• Clients ending the session early will need to pay additional costs for future sessions needed to complete the tattoo.

9. Client Conduct

• Clients are expected to behave respectfully. Abusive or inappropriate behavior will result in termination of the session without a refund.

10. Health and Safety

• The studio maintains a clean and safe environment.

• Equipment sterilization and personal protective equipment are used.

11. Medical Conditions

• Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that could affect the tattoo process or healing.

12. Aftercare

• The artist will provide aftercare instructions.

• The client is responsible for following these instructions to ensure proper healing.

13. Touch-Ups

• Touch-ups are at the artist's discretion and may incur additional costs. Free touch-ups are typically provided within a 3 month time frame.

14. Photographic and Video Consent

• Clients consent to photographs and videos being taken of the tattoo process and finished work for promotional purposes unless otherwise notified in writing before the appointment.

15. Liability

• The studio and artist are not liable for injuries or complications unless due to negligence.

• The client assumes all risks associated with the tattoo service.

16. Refusal of Service

• The artist or studio reserves the right to refuse service for reasons such as client intoxication or unsuitable physical or mental state.

17. Copyright

• The artist retains copyright to all tattoo designs created.

• Clients may not reproduce or distribute the design without written permission.

18. Pricing and Estimates

• All pricing and estimates are subject to change based on the complexity and time required. The artist will inform the client of any changes to the initial estimate.

19. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• The studio reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

• Clients are responsible for staying informed of any changes.

20. Governing Law

• These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
