Welcome to the complaints procedure page for Liam Rebel Tattoos and Rebel Studio.

If you have a complaint about your tattoo or the service you received at our studio, we want to hear from you. We always strive to provide an outstanding service and stunning tattoos to all of our clients. We have a sterling reputation and endeavour to maintain and build on this reputation.

Any complaint will be taken seriously and treated with urgency. We will do our best to resolve any complaint in a fair and professional manner, as quickly as possible.
Please follow these steps to help resolve your issue:
1. The first step is to let us know about your complaint by contacting us. You can do this by phone, email, or in person. Make sure to explain your concerns clearly and provide as much detail as possible.

2. We will review your complaint and work with you to find a resolution. We will respond to any complaint within 3 business days

3. If you are not satisfied with the resolution we have offered, you can escalate your complaint. You can do this by contacting a professional association or regulatory body, such as the British Tattoo Artists Federation or the UK Health and Safety Executive.

4. If all other options have been exhausted and your complaint has not been resolved to your satisfaction, you may need to consider taking legal action. This could involve hiring a lawyer or going to small claims court.

Additionally, you may wish to contact an ombudsman for further assistance. An ombudsman is an independent organization that investigates complaints and helps to resolve disputes. The Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) is a UK-based ombudsman that can help to resolve complaints about financial products and services, including tattoos.
